Terms of Service — United Arab Emirates

Terms governing UAE use of MyLegalDocsAI.ae and orders for legal-document drafts.

1. Operator and service

The service is operated by , , . Support: support@mylegaldocsai.ae.

The service prepares one primary legal-document draft from information and files supplied by the customer. It does not provide representation and does not create a lawyer-client relationship.

2. UAE jurisdiction

  1. Provide the relevant emirate, court, authority, free-zone or other special jurisdiction when known, together with the procedural stage and source documents.
  2. UAE federal, emirate and special-jurisdiction rules must not be mixed without a verified jurisdictional basis.
  3. For federal civil proceedings, current requirements under the applicable Civil Procedure Code and competent court instructions must be checked; local or special-jurisdiction proceedings may follow different rules.
  4. If a mandatory official form, electronic filing portal, service method or deadline applies, the current official route must be verified before use.
  5. The customer must review names, addresses, case numbers, dates, service information, requested relief, legal references, exhibits and deadlines before filing or sending a document.

3. Electronic documents and signatures

Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services recognises electronic transactions within its scope. The service does not represent that every generated DOCX or PDF is, by itself, a valid filing, qualified signature or attested instrument; any prescribed signature, notarisation, Arabic-language, portal or authority requirement must still be satisfied.

4. Order, payment and revision

  1. The primary document, selected version and complete AED price are shown before payment.
  2. One order covers one primary document unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
  3. One focused revision within the purchased scope is included.
  4. Do not make a second payment for the same order while payment confirmation or technical recovery is pending.

5. Mandatory rights

Where Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or another mandatory UAE rule applies, nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, waive or restrict a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
